  • What environmental badge does my vehicle have?
    The DGT has classified the vehicles that can qualify for the environmental label in four different categories: B (yellow), C (green), ECO (green-blue) and 0 (blue).

  • Are environmental stickers mandatory?
    According to the DGT, the placement of the badge is voluntary. However, cities like Madrid or Barcelona require that you wear it attached to the upper right of the front windshield.
    Failure to comply with these municipal regulations will result in fines of 90€ in the case of Madrid and 100€ in Barcelona.
  • I have introduced my license plate and there is no corresponding badge. What could be the cause?
    This may be due to several reasons:

    The environmental badge does not correspond. This is because your vehicle does not comply with the regulations of the National Plan for Air Quality and Protection of the atmosphere 2013-16. You can check which badge corresponds to you in our section of “Types of badge”.

    It may be due to an error in the DGT´s database. If you think that your vehicle has the environmental sticker, we suggest you contact the DGT (dial, 060) and try to solve it directly with them.

    There are engines that comply with environmental standards but that have been left out due to the cutoff date. These cases could be solved by contacting the brand of your vehicle and asking them if they comply with the EURO III / IV / V standard. If so, they would have to issue a certificate, which you would have to present at the DGT to change the environmental classification.

    If your vehicle is new, the DGT takes a few days to update its database so you will not be able to request your environmental sticker until it is included. Once included, you can request the sticker with the provisional circulation permit.
  • What documentation should I provide to request the badge?
    If you are a private individual, you must send us a photo or scan (JPG, PDF or.webp formats) of the front of your DNI or Driver's License and the Driving License.

    If you are a company, you can send us the CIF of the company, accompanied by the circulation permits. The most comfortable is to send us the separate documentation in an email, attached only a copy of the CIF with the different Circulation permits.

  • Who can request it?
    Anyone. You can request the badge for your father, partner, company, etc. The important thing is that the traffic permit and the registration coincide.
    The applicant does not have to be the owner of the vehicle.
  • Can I make several requests at once?
    No. Each application must be registered individually. In case of several requests, you can send us the documentation later.
    Ex. To request five badges, you apply each one individually without adding documentation. After the purchase, you send us an email to attaching a single copy of the ID, Driving License or CIF; plus the five traffic permits.

  • Shipping time
    We use the postal services for our shipments. The usual delivery time is approximately 4 working days, and may take up to 12 days. Due to sanitary restrictions imposed in certain areas, delivery times for shipments may be affected. Although we are able to process your order, the shipment could be delayed if you live in an area with restricted mobility access.
  • Errors, rectifications and returns.
    It is very important that the shipping address is correct and correctly specified.
    You cannot miss the street, number, floor and letter, city and zip code. If the letter goes to a company; specify the name of the company and if it is a business premises; the name of the store.

    The shipping system is automatic, so we do not check the address you provided. We simply deliver the letter with the badge inside. If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the letter will not arrive and we won´t be responsible.
    You have 12 hours after purchase to correct or complete your address, or to request a refund of the purchase. After this time, we will not take care of any purchase that does not meet the desired specifications.

  • PayPal customers
    Customers, who decide to pay their stickers with the PayPal payment platform, have to keep in mind that we do not check the address that the customer has in their account. The only address that is valid for us is the one provided by the client.
    We will NOT refund any sticker whose delivery address is not correct or incomplete.
